Best Website Voice AI for Coaching Institutes (2026)

Tools for coaching institute websites that handle fee, batch and demo-class questions, with WhatsApp and phone options priced in rupees where published.

Best website voice AI for coaching institutes

A coaching institute gets the same questions all admission season: batch timings, fees, results, demo classes. Most of those arrive from parents and students on phones, split between the website and WhatsApp. AnveVoice covers the website by voice at a price a single centre can carry; Interakt and WATI cover WhatsApp; Landbot and Tidio handle qualification flows; Bolna covers outbound phone follow-up. Researched from the sources below on 2026-10-14. AnveVoice is our product and appears in this list. Other tools are described from their own websites, checked on 2026-10-14. We do not receive payment from any tool listed.

How we chose

A coaching centre is usually small, staffed by counsellors who are also teachers, and judged on how many enquiries become demo-class bookings. We ranked tools on that pipeline, not on enterprise features.

  • Enquiry capture on the website (highest weight): can a visitor ask about a batch and leave a phone number, ideally by voice, without hunting through a fee page?
  • WhatsApp and phone reach: in India, parents often continue a conversation on WhatsApp or by call, so we noted which channels each tool lists.
  • Indian-language handling: we used only vendor-published language statements, and flagged where a vendor publishes none.
  • Price in a form a single centre can plan for: published rupee plans and free tiers scored well; sales-led pricing scored poorly.
  • Setup without a developer: counsellors, not engineers, will maintain the answers.

AnveVoice: voice on the fee and batch pages

AnveVoice adds a voice agent to a coaching site that answers from the pages you already have, such as the batch schedule, fee structure and results page, and can fill the site's own enquiry or demo-booking form for the visitor. It lists 50 core languages with auto-detection, so test how it handles the language mix your parents use before you commit. Pricing is published in both currencies: Free at $0 with 50,000 tokens a month, Growth at $39 (₹2,999) and Scale at $129 (₹9,999), as checked on 2026-10-14. The free plan has one bot and needs no card, enough to trial a single branch site. Limitation: website only. There is no WhatsApp, SMS or phone channel, so the parent who continues on WhatsApp needs a second tool. Answers are only as good as the pages behind them, so keep batch dates current.

Interakt: WhatsApp-first, priced in rupees

Interakt is a WhatsApp Business Platform with a no-code chatbot builder, AI agents for lead qualification, a team inbox and Instagram automation. For a centre whose counsellors already answer parents on WhatsApp, it moves that traffic into a shared inbox with templates for fee reminders and demo-class confirmations. As of the 2026-10-14 check, the Marketing & Support Hub lists Growth at INR 2,799 a month and Advanced at INR 3,799, standalone WhatsApp AI Agents at INR 2,499 a month, and per-message fees for Indian numbers. Prices exclude taxes. Limitation: it does not publish browser voice, and the homepage mentions a WhatsApp chat widget without detail, so website visitors are not served the way a site-side agent serves them. The pricing page also shows an INR 3,000 add-on without reconciling it with the standalone agent price.

Landbot: guided enquiry flows for the website and WhatsApp

Landbot builds no-code chatbots that run on a website and WhatsApp Business. Its AI Copilot drafts flows from a plain description, and answers come only from your content. A counsellor can build a short flow that asks the course, current class and city, then books a demo slot and notifies the centre. Free forever gives 100 chats a month with no AI chats and one seat, web only. Paid plans start at EUR 32 a month billed annually for 500 chats, with Professional at EUR 80 a month annual; a WhatsApp add-on costs EUR 100 a month on Professional. Prices are shown in EUR for EU billing and USD elsewhere. Limitation: no voice features are mentioned, and WhatsApp needs a higher plan. Structured flows suit enquiry capture better than open questions.

Tidio: a free plan to see whether chat helps at all

Tidio combines live chat with Lyro, an AI agent that answers from sources you approve and hands off with the history attached. Its free plan includes 10 seats and 50 billable conversations a month, and Lyro's first 50 conversations are free. That is enough to find out whether visitors use chat before paying anything. Starter is $24.17 a month for 100 billable conversations; the page toggles between monthly and annual without saying which basis the figure reflects. Limitation: it is aimed mainly at ecommerce, lists multilanguage support without naming the languages, and mentions no voice. Check Indian-language replies yourself before relying on it.

WATI: shared WhatsApp inbox for a counselling team

WATI is a WhatsApp customer engagement platform with broadcasts, automation triggers, a shared inbox and Astra AI agents, with AI credits included in every plan. A centre with several counsellors can route parents to the right person and send batch-start broadcasts to opted-in numbers. From the India-region view of its pricing, Growth for three users is INR 2,199 a month billed annually (INR 2,999 monthly), Pro INR 4,899 and Business INR 14,799 annual. WhatsApp message fees from Meta are billed separately, and extra users on Pro cost INR 1,299 each. Limitation: it is not a website voice agent. Voice AI appears on the Business plan through WhatsApp Business Calling, and prices vary by region, so confirm the figure on your own view.

Bolna: phone follow-up in Indian languages

Bolna builds voice agents for inbound and outbound phone calls and lists 10-plus vernacular Indian languages including Hinglish, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. A centre could use it to call enquiry leads after a form fill, confirm demo-class attendance or remind parents about fee dates, with bulk calling campaigns supported. Pay as you go starts from a $10 top-up at a standard 6.00 cents a minute (about 4.5 cents with larger top-ups), with $5 free credits at sign-up; a Pilot bundle is $300 for 6,500 minutes. Limitation: web and browser voice are not listed as supported channels. Telephony and a platform fee are added per minute on top of the model rate, and the FAQ mentions token billing the pricing section does not reconcile.

Putting the pieces together

Most centres end up with two tools: one on the website and one on WhatsApp. If your enquiries mostly come from the website, start with the site agent and add WhatsApp when counsellors are overloaded. If your marketing sends people straight to WhatsApp links, start with Interakt or WATI. Whatever you run, publish the fee and batch pages in plain text first. Agents answer from them, and a stale batch date in the page becomes a wrong answer in the chat.

  • Run a week of real enquiries through the free plan of one tool before paying.
  • Never let an agent quote results or rankings it cannot find on your own results page.
  • Keep a human counsellor reachable for scholarship and refund questions.
