Best Website Voice AI for Manufacturers (2026)
Manufacturer websites compared on product-spec questions, request-for-quote capture and multilingual export support, with vendor-published pricing and limits.
Best website voice AI for manufacturers
A manufacturer's site is read by engineers and buyers looking for a datasheet, a part number or a quote, often in a different language from the factory's. The assistant should answer from published specifications, capture a request for quote with the right fields, and pass technical questions to an application engineer. Dialogflow and Intercom suit technical teams; AnveVoice adds voice and form help; Yellow.ai, Cognigy and Botpress cover other scales. Researched from the sources below on 2026-10-14. AnveVoice is our product and appears in this list. Other tools are described from their own websites, checked on 2026-10-14. We do not receive payment from any tool listed.
How we chose
B2B buyers care about precision. A wrong tolerance or certification in a chat answer is worse than no answer. We ranked tools on how well they can be limited to published specifications, how they capture quote requests and how they scale across export markets.
- Grounding in published specifications (highest weight): answers must come from datasheets and catalogue pages and avoid inventing numbers.
- Request-for-quote capture: part number, quantity, delivery location and contact, delivered to sales with the conversation.
- Export-market languages, using published language figures only.
- Fit with existing systems: helpdesk, contact centre or CRM that the sales and service teams already use.
- Procurement transparency: published prices or a clear sales route.
Google Dialogflow: deterministic flows plus generative playbooks
Dialogflow CX lets a manufacturer script fixed flows for quote capture, such as asking part family, quantity and delivery country, and use generative Playbooks for open product questions. Its language list has about 130 entries including regional variants, although some features support only a subset. The Messenger widget is pasted into a page, and a phone gateway is available for service lines. Pricing is usage-based: Flows chat is $0.007 per request and Playbooks $0.012; voice is $0.001 and $0.002 per second. Data store index storage is free up to 10 GiB a month then $5 per GiB, a useful point for large catalogues. Trial credits of $600 (Flows) and $1,000 (Playbooks) expire after 12 months. Limitation: it needs engineers, WhatsApp is not among built-in integrations, and the widget page does not say whether speech input is supported.
Intercom: Fin on top of an existing service desk
Intercom's Fin AI agent can be used with another helpdesk and takes back-end actions through APIs, Data Connectors or MCP, such as looking up an order or warranty in a connected system. It lists channels including email, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS and voice, and it speaks dozens of languages without a published count. Fin is $0.99 per outcome with a 50-outcome monthly minimum when used with another helpdesk; qualifications cost $9.99 each. Seat plans are Essential $29, Advanced $85 and Expert $132 per seat. Fin Voice is on a custom plan via sales. A 14-day trial includes Fin. Limitation: outcome-based billing needs watching, and the pages do not say whether Fin Voice runs in the browser or whether Fin acts on the visitor's page.
AnveVoice: spec questions by voice and the RFQ form filled in
AnveVoice answers from the manufacturer's own pages, such as datasheets rendered as web pages, and navigates a buyer to the right product page. It can fill the site's own request-for-quote form from what the buyer says. A plant manager on the shop floor with a phone can ask for a part by voice. It lists 50 core languages with auto-detection and about 487 ms median latency. Free at $0, Growth at $39 a month with 2M tokens and five bots, Scale at $129 with 8M tokens and unlimited bots; enterprise on request, as of 2026-10-14. The unlimited bots on Scale can suit multiple product-line sites. Limitation: website only, and it will not read PDFs behind a login or query an ERP. It answers what is on the pages, so datasheets published only as images produce gaps.
Yellow.ai: a published free tier on an enterprise platform
Yellow.ai positions itself as an agentic platform across voice, chat and email. Its pricing page lists a free plan with one AI agent and 500 chat sessions a month, then $0.99 per resolution. It states 150-plus integrations, 15-plus language models and voice agents in 500-plus languages, a notable claim for export-heavy firms. Enterprise offers 35-plus channels and unlimited agents, with the price available on contact. SOC 2, GDPR and ISO are listed for Enterprise. Limitation: the free tier is limited on most features, and the page does not describe an embedded website widget or browser voice.
Cognigy (NiCE): for factories with an existing contact centre
NiCE Cognigy provides enterprise AI agents for contact centres and integrates with Avaya, AWS (Amazon Connect), Genesys, NiCE CXone, Microsoft and 8x8. Its case studies cite a consumer-goods manufacturer using 12 languages. A manufacturer with a global service desk can add AI agents on top of the existing stack. Pricing is not published, and the pricing page returned an error when we checked on 2026-10-14. It states a Leader placement in a 2026 Forrester Wave, which is a vendor claim. Limitation: it targets large contact centres, and its homepage does not list WhatsApp, a website widget or browser voice.
Botpress: developer-friendly with workflow actions
Botpress lets a developer build agents that run workflows, for example creating a CRM lead or checking a distributor database. Webchat embeds with a script tag, with guides for WordPress, Wix and Webflow, and a React library gives more control. Free: three AI agents, 100 conversations a month, no overages. Plus is $150 a month billed annually; Team $750; Enterprise custom. Limitation: voice is only on Enterprise, and workflow building takes technical time.

Keeping specs correct
Treat the product pages as the single source of truth. If the assistant is limited to those pages, a wrong answer is a page problem you can fix; if it draws on general knowledge, you cannot audit it. Decide which questions go to an application engineer. Load ratings, certifications and compatibility questions are best answered with a link to the datasheet and an offer to connect a person.
- Publish datasheets as readable web text as well as PDFs.
- List certifications with the date and standard on the page the assistant reads.
- Track RFQs captured per month.
