1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnveVoice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AnveVoice provides Anve, an AI voice assistant platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy voice AI on their websites. The Service includes voice processing, knowledge base management, analytics, and embed generation capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription plans (Free, Growth, Scale, Custom) with different usage limits and features. Current pricing and features are available on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use Razorpay for payment processing. Each plan includes specific voice minute allocations. If you exceed your plan limits, additional usage may be blocked until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Collect or harvest user data without consent
Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Create Anve instances that deceive users about their AI nature

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AnveVoice and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (knowledge bases, system prompts, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Gemini, authentication providers, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANVEVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnveVoice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
