AnveVoice vs Zendesk: Website Voice vs Support Suite

Zendesk is a ticketing and support suite with AI agents on email, messaging and phone. AnveVoice is a website voice agent. Prices, fit and overlap.

AnveVoice vs Zendesk

Zendesk is a customer service suite: tickets, email, messaging, social channels and phone, with AI agents that resolve requests across them. AnveVoice is a website voice agent that talks with visitors and fills your site's forms. They overlap only where a website assistant answers questions; a support team that needs ticketing, a shared inbox and phone would choose Zendesk. Researched from the sources below on 2026-10-14. AnveVoice is our product. Information about Zendesk comes from Zendesk's own website, checked on 2026-10-14; plans and prices change, so confirm on their site.

How they differ

Zendesk is where a support team lives. A customer writes by email, chat, social or phone, the conversation becomes a ticket, and agents and AI agents work it from one place with routing, reporting and, on higher plans, IVR and skills-based voice routing. Zendesk says its AI agents operate across messaging, email and voice. AnveVoice has none of that machinery. It sits on your website, listens to a visitor, answers from your pages and can move through the site or fill a form for them. There is no ticket, no inbox and no phone line, so a question AnveVoice cannot resolve ends in whatever contact route your site already offers. One more difference is who the assistant is meant to relieve. Zendesk's AI reduces the work of a support team handling many tickets. AnveVoice mostly helps a visitor get something done on the page, such as finding a product, booking a slot or completing an enquiry form.

Pricing compared

Zendesk's price list is layered, so a total depends on seats, plan and how many automated resolutions you use. All figures are from Zendesk's pricing page on 2026-10-14. Support Team is $19 per agent a month billed annually, or $25 billed monthly, and does not include live chat or messaging. Suite Team is $55 annual or $69 monthly per agent, and Suite Professional is $115 annual or $149 monthly. Enterprise pricing is not published. Automated resolutions are billed only when an AI agent resolves a request without a human, at $2.00 pay-as-you-go; a committed rate on the same page appears in pounds (GBP 1.30), so the page mixes currencies. A Copilot add-on is listed at $50 per agent a month. AnveVoice has no per-seat or per-resolution charge: Free is $0, Growth is $39 a month and Scale is $129 a month. Zendesk figures are taken from its pricing page on 2026-10-14 and may differ by region or currency.

Choose Zendesk if

  • You need ticketing, a shared agent workspace and reporting, not only a website assistant.
  • Customers contact you by email, social channels, WhatsApp or phone, and you want one system for all of them.
  • You want phone support with IVR and skills-based routing, which Zendesk lists on Suite Professional.
  • You want AI agents billed only when they resolve a request without escalation, and can budget per resolution.
  • Your support team is mid-size or large and already thinks in per-agent seats.

Choose AnveVoice if

  • Your gap is on the website: visitors cannot find things or abandon forms, and you want them to ask out loud.
  • You have no support team to put into a ticketing suite, or you do not want per-seat costs for a site assistant.
  • You want the agent to fill your own site's forms and move people between pages.
  • You want a flat monthly price and a free plan to test with before paying.

Using both together

This pairing makes sense. Keep Zendesk as the system of record for tickets, email and phone, and add AnveVoice on the marketing site or help pages so visitors can get answers and complete forms by voice. AnveVoice does not create Zendesk tickets by itself; if you want an enquiry to become a ticket, point the form it fills at your existing Zendesk form or email address.
