AnveVoice

AnveVoice vs Sierra: Website Voice Agent vs Enterprise AI

Sierra builds multichannel customer-service agents priced by outcome for large enterprises. AnveVoice is a website voice agent with public prices.

AnveVoice vs Sierra

Sierra is an enterprise conversational AI platform: one agent can serve chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice and ChatGPT, and the company bills for outcomes such as a resolved conversation. AnveVoice is a smaller product, a voice agent for websites with public flat prices. If you run high-volume customer service across many channels, Sierra describes your situation; if you want a spoken guide on your site, AnveVoice does. Researched from the sources below on 2026-10-14. AnveVoice is our product. Information about Sierra comes from Sierra's own website, checked on 2026-10-14; plans and prices change, so confirm on their site.

How they differ

Sierra's pages describe a platform for building and running agents. Ghostwriter creates agents from uploaded procedures, call transcripts or plain-English goals, Agent Studio is where they are built, and Insights and Explorer are for monitoring them. The target is a company with a large customer-service operation that wants the same agent across many channels. AnveVoice has far less surface area. It is one voice-and-chat agent that sits on your web pages, answers from your content and can fill in your site's own forms. It has no SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone channel, and no equivalent of an agent-building studio with monitoring tools. The commercial models are far apart. Sierra says it charges for completed outcomes, such as a resolved conversation, a saved cancellation or an upsell, and states that unresolved conversations and escalations generally incur no charge. It also says a blended per-conversation model may be proposed for greeter or routing flows. No dollar figures are published. AnveVoice's prices are on its pricing page and do not depend on outcomes. Sierra also lists ChatGPT as a channel, which is unusual and reflects an enterprise focus on being present wherever customers ask. AnveVoice does not have a ChatGPT channel; it serves visitors who are already on your site.

Pricing compared

Sierra publishes no price numbers, and its /pricing address returned a not-found error when we checked on 2026-10-14. Its blog post on outcome-based pricing explains the model but gives no rates, so we do not guess one. AnveVoice's tiers are Free ($0), Growth ($39 a month, 2M tokens, five bots) and Scale ($129 a month, 8M tokens, unlimited bots), with a custom enterprise tier. With outcome pricing, your bill rises when the agent succeeds. With flat pricing, your bill is set by the tier and the token allowance. Ask Sierra how an outcome is defined and counted in your case.

  • Item | Sierra | AnveVoice
  • Public price | None | Free, $39 and $129 per month
  • Billing event | Completed outcome (and possibly a blended per-conversation fee) | Monthly tier based on tokens and bots
  • Free tier or trial | Not published | Free plan, no card
  • Sales route | Sales-led | Self-serve signup

Choose Sierra if

  • You run high-volume customer service and want one agent across chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email and voice.
  • You prefer to pay for completed outcomes rather than for access or seats.
  • You want a studio for building agents from your own procedures and transcripts, and tools to monitor how they perform.
  • You want presence inside ChatGPT, which Sierra lists as a channel.
  • You are a large enterprise and are comfortable with a sales-led, quote-based purchase.

Choose AnveVoice if

  • Your need is a voice agent on your own website, not a company-wide service platform.
  • You want to see prices before talking to anyone.
  • You want the agent to fill your forms and navigate your pages for visitors.
  • You want a free plan so you can test voice on a real site first.
  • You are a small or mid-sized business and an enterprise engagement would be out of proportion.

Using both together

A large company could reasonably use Sierra for its main customer-service channels and AnveVoice for a specific microsite or product page where a spoken, form-filling guide is wanted. There is no integration between them, so decide in advance what each handles and where a conversation hands off to a person. For most buyers the choice will be one or the other. The deciding factors are company size, channel mix and whether you want to pay by outcome or by tier.

Switching or adding AnveVoice

  • 1. Scope a pilot page — Choose one page, such as bookings or pricing, where a spoken guide would help.
  • 2. Create the bot — Sign up at app.anvevoice.app, create a bot and copy the embed ID.
  • 3. Add the tag — Paste the script tag or use the WordPress plugin or Shopify app; /install lists each platform.
  • 4. Compare outcomes — Track whether visitors complete forms or reach the right page, and compare against your current approach before widening.
