Best Hindi Website Chatbot (2026): What Vendors Say

Six website chatbot options for Hindi-speaking visitors, compared on what each vendor actually publishes about Indian languages. A test plan is included.

Best Hindi website chatbot: what each vendor publishes

Almost no chatbot vendor names Hindi on its public pages for website chat. This page compares six tools that publish Indian-language or very broad language support, says plainly where Hindi is not confirmed, and gives you a short test to run before paying. Researched from the sources below on 2026-10-14. AnveVoice is our product and appears in this list. Other tools are described from their own websites, checked on 2026-10-14. We do not receive payment from any tool listed.

How we chose

We searched each vendor's own pages for Indian-language statements. Only one product in our dataset names Hindi, and it is a phone product (Bolna), so for websites we ranked on how specific and relevant the language claims are, then on how easy it is to try.

  • Indian-language claims (weighted most): does the vendor name Indian languages or give a language scope relevant to India?
  • Website channel: a web chat or web voice experience is described, not only phone or WhatsApp.
  • Self-serve testing: can you try Hindi yourself before a sales process?
  • Voice versus text, because Hindi speech recognition and typed Hindi are different problems.
  • Pricing clarity, in rupees where the vendor publishes it.

The shortlist at a glance

Tools are ordered by fit to the criteria above, not by price or popularity. Pricing columns describe how each vendor charges, using the vendor's own pricing page checked on 2026-10-14.

1. Verloop.io: Indian-language focus for enterprise chat and voice

Verloop states 80+ languages and 20+ dialects and says it is fluent in 10+ Indian languages and Arabic dialects (a vendor claim). It describes a website chatbot solution alongside voice calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and in-app channels, and positions itself for enterprises in India and the Middle East. There is no public pricing page (the pricing path returns 'Page not found'); the routes are 'Book demo' and 'Get A Free POC'. Limitation: Hindi is not named on the pages we read, browser voice on a website is not described (its voice product is phone-call automation), and you cannot self-test without a sales conversation.

2. Haptik (Jio Haptik): India-centred WhatsApp, voice and web agents

Haptik states support for over a hundred languages for its voice and omnichannel agents, and its channel list covers WhatsApp, voice, RCS Business Messaging, Instagram Direct, Messenger and web. It offers an Agent Studio to build agents and an omnichannel agent inbox. Pricing is not published; its pricing path redirects to the homepage, which offers 'Get A Demo' and 'Contact Us'. Limitation: it is aimed at enterprises, Hindi is not individually named in what we read, and browser voice and on-page actions are not stated.

3. AnveVoice: self-serve voice and chat you can test in Hindi today

AnveVoice supports 50 core languages with auto-detection and lets visitors speak to the website in the browser. Hindi is not individually named in the material we hold, and the product notes that languages outside the core set are unverified, so treat Hindi as something to confirm in a test rather than a promise. It is the easiest to try from this list: a Free plan ($0, 50,000 tokens a month, 1 bot, no card) and rupee pricing for paid tiers: Growth ₹2,999 a month and Scale ₹9,999 a month (US$39 and US$129). Limitation: website only, with no phone or WhatsApp channel, which matters because many Indian customers prefer WhatsApp.

4. Elfsight AI Chatbot Widget: continues in the visitor's language, text only

Elfsight says its chatbot's conversations continue in the visitor's language and that its interface is in 78 languages. You train it on your own pages and files, so Hindi content you supply can be used to answer Hindi questions. A free forever plan gives 50 messages a month, and paid plans start at $5 a month billed yearly. Limitation: the vendor publishes no per-language quality information, and it is text only, so it cannot help a visitor who wants to speak.

5. Google Dialogflow: a wide language list for teams that can build

Dialogflow CX documents about 130 language entries including regional variants, though some features support only a subset. It provides a web Messenger widget and a phone gateway, so a technical team can build Hindi chat or phone flows. Pricing is by usage (chat $0.007 per request on Flows; voice $0.001 per second), with trial credits for new users. Limitation: Hindi is not named in the pages we read, it is not a finished chatbot, and you must build and tune the experience.

6. Yellow.ai: very broad voice language support, enterprise pricing

Yellow.ai says its Nexus VOX voice agents handle calls in more than 500 languages, and it publishes a free plan with one AI agent and 500 chat sessions a month, then $0.99 per resolution. It lists 150+ integrations. Limitation: the 500-language figure is for voice agents on calls, chat and email language counts are not published, and the pricing page does not describe an embedded website chat widget or browser voice.

Where phone fits

If your Hindi customers call rather than browse, Bolna is the one tool in our dataset that names Hindi and Hinglish. It builds phone voice agents, with a standard rate of about 6 cents a minute and about 4.5 cents with larger top-ups, and it is not a website chatbot, so it is outside this list.

Run a Hindi test before you pay

  • Write ten real customer questions in Hindi script, five in Roman script (Hinglish) and five that mix English words.
  • Ask each tool, in text and (where offered) by voice, and score each answer as correct, partly right or wrong.
  • Give each tool your own Hindi page content and see whether answers quote it accurately or invent details.
  • Check handoff: when the bot is unsure, does it say so and offer a person?
