AnveVoice vs JivoChat: Voice Agent vs Omnichannel Chat

JivoChat is per-seat live chat with messengers, optional phone and callback, and an AI add-on. AnveVoice is a website-only voice agent. Compare fit.

AnveVoice vs JivoChat

JivoChat is a customer-service inbox for people: live chat on the website, plus WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber and email, with an optional telephony add-on, callback and video calls. AnveVoice is narrower: a voice agent on your website that talks with visitors and can fill your site's own forms. They overlap only where JivoChat's AI Agent answers website visitors. Researched from the sources below on 2026-10-14. AnveVoice is our product. Information about JivoChat comes from JivoChat's own website, checked on 2026-10-14; plans and prices change, so confirm on their site.

How they differ

JivoChat is built around the agent who reads and replies. Its free plan includes website chat, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and Viber integration, callback and offline forms, and the paid plans add more agents and channels. That makes it an inbox product first; AI is an add-on that sits on top. Telephony is where JivoChat reaches beyond text. It lists phone calls through a Telephony Plus add-on, a callback feature and video calls. Those are calls between a visitor and a human on your team. AnveVoice has nothing equivalent: it is website-only, and a spoken conversation with AnveVoice is between the visitor and the software, not a phone line to your staff. On the AI side, JivoChat sells an AI Agent as an add-on priced per agent, with an AI assistant add-on listed separately. Its pages do not describe the AI navigating a site or filling a site's own forms. AnveVoice's AI is the whole product, and the page-acting behaviour is its main feature. The cost curve also differs. With JivoChat, every extra person who needs a seat adds to the bill. With AnveVoice, adding teammates does not change the price, because pricing follows tokens and bot count rather than people.

Pricing compared

JivoChat figures are per agent per month on annual billing, as shown on its pricing page on 2026-10-14. The page itself is inconsistent about how many agents the free plan allows (five on the card, up to two in the comparison table), so check the live page before relying on that number. AnveVoice's public tiers are Free ($0), Growth ($39 a month) and Scale ($129 a month), none of which is per seat. JivoChat states a 14-day trial for Professional and Enterprise. Its AI Agent line carries a note about being included free in some plans that is not clearly mapped to a plan, so ask JivoChat what your plan includes.

  • Entry paid | Basic $28 per agent per month | Growth $39 per month, whole team

  • Add-ons | Telephony Plus $4 a month, WhatsApp $27, AI assistant $13, Videocalls $23; AI Agent $69 per agent per month annually | None needed for voice or the AI agent

Choose JivoChat if

  • You want human agents answering visitors in one inbox, with seats you can add per person.
  • You need customers to reach you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber or email as well as the website.
  • You want a real phone line or callback request to your team; JivoChat lists Telephony Plus and callback, and AnveVoice has no phone channel.
  • You want video calls with customers, which JivoChat lists as an add-on.
  • You are a small team and the free plan or the $28 Basic seat covers what you need.

Choose AnveVoice if

  • You want a visitor to speak to the website and hear an answer, without picking up a phone or opening a messenger.
  • You want the agent to fill your site's own forms and take visitors to the right page.
  • You prefer one flat price for the whole team instead of paying per agent.
  • You do not have staff available to answer a live chat queue at all hours.
  • You want to try voice on a live site on a free plan before spending anything.

Using both together

A company that already pays for JivoChat seats can add AnveVoice for the hours when nobody is in the inbox, or for pages where a spoken guide helps, such as a long booking form. JivoChat keeps the human follow-up and messenger threads; AnveVoice handles the visitor who is on the page and wants an immediate spoken answer. Because both load from a script, check that each button sits in a different corner and that your cookie or consent banner does not hide either one.

Switching or adding AnveVoice

  • 1. Start on the free plan — Create a bot at app.anvevoice.app and copy your embed ID. No card is required.
  • 2. Install the tag — Add the script tag site-wide, or use the WordPress plugin or the Shopify app. The /install section lists each platform.
  • 3. Run it next to JivoChat — Leave JivoChat live and watch which questions visitors ask the voice agent.
  • 4. Trim seats if it helps — If voice absorbs routine questions, review how many JivoChat agent seats you really need before your next annual renewal.
