How they differ
SalesIQ is as much an analytics product as a chat product. Its pages describe visitor tracking, lead scoring and a bot builder, and the free plan is sized by visitors per month (10K) as well as operators. The aim is to help sales and support teams see who is on the site and start the right conversation. AnveVoice has no visitor tracking, lead scoring or sales dashboard of that kind. It answers questions aloud from your site's content and acts on the page, so its job is serving the visitor in the moment rather than qualifying them for a sales team. Zoho's AI story is its own Zia features, and SalesIQ lets you bring models such as Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek or self-hosted LLMs on Basic and above, per its pricing page. That is attractive if you want to control which model drives your bot. AnveVoice is a managed product, so you do not choose the underlying model. Channel reach is another gap. SalesIQ lists WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Line and WeChat, with availability depending on country rules, plus several mobile SDKs. AnveVoice is website-only. If your customers are on Line or WeChat, SalesIQ covers them and AnveVoice does not.
Pricing compared
We could not read Zoho SalesIQ's dollar prices. The pricing page we fetched on 2026-10-14 showed blank price fields, probably because prices are filled in client-side by region and currency, so we do not quote a figure. An FAQ formula suggests per-operator pricing, billing is monthly or yearly with yearly described as two or more months free, and paid tiers have a 15-day trial. AnveVoice's public tiers are Free ($0), Growth ($39 a month, 2M tokens, five bots) and Scale ($129 a month, 8M tokens, unlimited bots). Open the live pricing page in your own country to see current SalesIQ figures; they may differ by region.

Choose Zoho SalesIQ if
- You already use Zoho CRM or other Zoho apps and want chat and visitor data in the same ecosystem.
- You want to see which visitors are on the site, what they viewed and how warm they are before you speak to them.
- You need chat inside mobile apps, using the iOS, Android, React Native, Cordova or Flutter SDKs.
- Your audience uses WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Line or WeChat, and you want those chats in one operator inbox.
- You want to connect your own large language model to the bot, which the pricing page says is available on Basic and above.
Choose AnveVoice if
- You want visitors to speak to the site and hear an answer.
- You want the agent to fill in your forms and move people between pages.
- You do not use the Zoho suite and do not want to adopt a sales platform to get a website assistant.
- You want a published flat price rather than a page where prices do not load.
- You have no operators to staff a chat window.
Using both together
These tools complement each other more than they compete. SalesIQ can remain your visitor-tracking and human-chat layer feeding Zoho CRM, while AnveVoice serves visitors who prefer to ask out loud and get a form filled for them. Because AnveVoice does not integrate with a CRM or ticketing system, any lead captured through a form on your site goes where that form sends it. If you want those submissions in Zoho, route the form to Zoho as you do today.
